Terms & Conditions.

Professional Registration

All physiotherapists involved in your care are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). They are fully insured and hold valid professional indemnity insurance.

Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your information will be stored securely and retained for a period in line with our professional obligations (typically 7 years), after which it will be securely deleted. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Fees and Payment

All fees will be clearly communicated prior to treatment. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest (currently 8% plus the Bank of England base rate) under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Payment confirms agreement to the fees quoted.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations should be made by phone, text or email. We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will consider each case individually, at our discretion. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a charge of the full session fee.

Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you may contact the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) for further support.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you via email in advance of your next appointment.

Client Agreement

By attending an appointment or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Travel and Service Area

Home visits are available within a defined geographic area. Travel fees may apply based on distance and time. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Service Delivery Options

Services may be delivered in-clinic, at home, or via video consultation. Any differences in fees or policies depending on the mode of delivery will be communicated clearly in advance.

Equipment Use and Liability

Where specialised equipment is used during therapy sessions, clients will be provided with appropriate guidance. Use of equipment is at the client’s own risk, and all care is taken to ensure safety.

Collaboration with Other Healthcare Providers

We are committed to working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in your care, with your consent, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach.

Client Testimonials and Case Studies

Client experiences may be used for promotional purposes with explicit written consent. Clients have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Health and Safety Protocols

We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Clients are expected to comply with any protocols in place during their sessions.
